How to donate blood :

If you are 18 years old and your weight is 50 Kg. So you are donating your blood. I am donating my blood after 18 years, and I am donating my blood every 6 month. Have not donated blood in the last 56 days, So you can donate your blood. Minimum weight requirements 110 Kg. 

Donors must have proof of age to ensure they meet the minimum age requirements and present a primary form of ID or two secondary forms of ID. 

You don't need a special reason to give blood. You just need your own reason. Everyone enjoys the great feeling of helping save lives!
