Ingredients needed to make Paneer:
- 3 Liters of milk
- 4 Tablespoons of vinegar
- Cold water
How to make Paneer?
First, heat three liters of milk on gas to make paneer. When the milk starts boiling, add two spoons of vinegar in it and stir the milk properly. After a few minutes turn off the gas and again add two spoons of vinegar and stir well. When both the milk and water separate, take off the gas.
Now keep a muslin cloth in a charni and pour the curdled milk in it and remove all the water. Now wash the paneer by pouring cold water into the prepared mixture and let it cool. By doing this, the sourness of the vinegar in the cheese will be removed. After doing this, pack the clothes with cheese from all sides and put weight on it for 30 minutes and then you can cut the cheese into pieces as you like.
